Description
Photograph of the ocean at night from the Santa Monica Palisades, ca.1930. There are several palm trees along the top of the palisades, including a lone tree taller than all the others at left. A crooked wooden fence also runs along the edge of the cliffs. The ocean is visible at center, and a large mass of land juts out into the water in the distance. There are patchy clouds in the evening sky.
