The first purposely built City Hall in Huntington Beach was constructed in 1931 and demolished in 1975 after the opening of the new City Hall in another location. The last Planning Commission meeting held in the 1931 building was entirely focused on the Orange County Transit District's significant presentation on service corridors and the integration and expansion of public services following the completion of Huntington Beach projects such as Central Park. This film also shows the interior of the 1931 Art Moderne building prior to its demolition. Note in film can: "Last Planning Commision Meeting in Old City Hall. B. Reed - 1974"
