Description
Written on reverse, "Douglas M. Perham -- one of the pioneers in electricity -- with members of Saratoga Electronics Club. Standing beside a Western Electric Mercury Arc Rectifier built by G. E. Sept. 1902." A copy print of the same image identifies students Michael S. Pollock, James R. Pollock, and Phil Casanova. Found inside an envelope with Felicia Pollock's return address in Saratoga and note on front, "1962 photos of Douglas Perham at New Almaden. Presented to Constance (widow) Perham 12/15/82 at Foothill College Christmas open house."
