Description: The evacuees have gone home but the burdens caused by the temblor didn't end with that simple return. This Sylmar family's living and sleeping quarters is a camper outside their Eldridge Avenue house...the home still uninhabitable pending determination of the extent of structural damage. Photo dated: February 16, 1971.
