Description
The West Coast Computer Faire was an annual computer industry conference. The Third West Coaste Computer Faire was held on November 3-5, 1978, at the Los Angeles Convention Center. This is the recording of the session titled "Communications and personal computers," and the following papers were presented: "The digicast project: A broadcast-based information utility for 1979," presented by Jim C. Warren. "SCAVENGER: A new action game for personal computing networks," presented by C. N. Judice, C. N. Ausnit and N. D. McBurnett. "A CBBS Manual," presented by Dave Caulking. "The personal computer as a Universal Communications Terminal," presented by Mark Cummings.
