Description
Photograph caption dated July 23, 1964 reads, "Jay Ulis, seated right, was installed as new commander of American Legion Reseda Post 308 by Lt. Gov. Glenn M. Anderson, seated left. Others participating in ceremony were, standing from left, Earl Radke, post chaplain; Andy Hunsaker, installing officer; Assemblyman Tom Carrell (D-41st Dist.), and Buff Crossley, field representative for Councilman Thomas Shepard. Installation was held Tuesday."
