Description
Photograph of the painting "Master, It is I" by Adolph Schmitz, depicting the Jesus Christ and his followers, [s.d.]. Christ sits at what is assumedly the table of the Last Supper, his right hand over a loaf of bread. Behind him, dressed in dark robes to contrast his white robes, three of his followers attend him. Directly behind, a man with a salt-and-pepper beard appears to be making an argument to the disciple at the left, who gestures towards himself. To the right, the third disciple clings to Christs side, looking up at him.
