Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph article dated July 24, 1962 partially reads, "Valley College spokesmen today said the college's current building program will be delayed two weeks because vandals did an estimated $10,000 damage to construction forms...the damage was caused Sunday night after someone turned on a water valve and allowed water to fill a giant excavation ditch...the water ruined several wooden and steel forms...The college is now adding business-journalism and science-mathematics buildings to its campus. The buildings are expected to be completed in the fall of 1963."
