Bars cover the front of large windows on both stories. The roof is flat, and a pole extends vertically from the top. Trees are visible at left on a grass front lawn, while smaller trees are visible in front and to the right of the building. A chain-link fence is visible surrounding the building in front of the trees, while a sidewalk runs parallel to the fence in the foreground.
