Photograph article dated June 7, 1963 partially reads, "When two Catholics exchange marriage vows preceding a Nuptial Mass, their first hour as husband and wife, is shared with God in church. A Catholic marriage is a sacrament and husband and wife are symbols of another marriage, that of Christ and His Church. The analogy goes back to the Old Testament, where God appears as the bridegroom and Israel as the bride. Dr. and Mrs. Guy Biagiotti (Gloria Joan Buccieri) were united Saturday at St. Cyril's Catholic Church in Encino before the Rev. Michael Lalor, who also said their Nuptial Mass." Gloria presents bouquet to a statue of the Virgin Mary.; See images #00118825 through #00118827 for all photos in this series.
