Description: Photo with caption, Salinas California, Saturday February 27, 1965. Caption: SOME MACHINE!--This is a temporary irrigating plant rigged up on the O.P. Bardin ranch in the Blanco district many decades ago. It is a Rube Goldburg affair, but served the purpose in the days before mechanized farm equipment was specialized. Image was printed from a metal plate. Salinas Californian newspaper owns the copyright to the pring. Contact the Californian for use.
