Title supplied by cataloger. The DWP General Office Building was designed by Albert C. Martin and Associates and completed in 1964 at the cost of $26,700,000. In November 2000, in honor of longtime council member John Ferraro, the structure was renamed the John Ferraro Building. The construction of the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion and the Department of Water and Power Building, as seen from Hill Street on March 22, 1963.
