Photograph of Venice oil wells, [s.d.]. Foreground features unpaved ground sparsely covered with vegetation. Numerous oil derricks can be seen across the entire middle, and extend into the distance. Clouds of what appears to be steam or smoke can be seen rising from the bases of many of the oil derricks. An automobile and a truck can be seen parked in front of the oil derricks.
