Barnum's Greatest Show on Earth and Howes' Great London Circus and Sanger's Royal British Menagerie (nicknamed the Barnum & London Circus) held shows from 1881 until 1887. "No. 75"--text, upper right of image. "The Strobridge Lithographing Co. Cincinnati & New York"--text, lower left. "Only splendid group of Italian Stallions as they appear in intricate and graceful evolutions at every performance.
