Exterior view of the Pacific Mutual Building. Originally designed by John Parkinson and Edwin Bergstrom, it was re-designed by William L. Dodd and his associate William Richards in 1922. In 1974, the building underwent an extensive restoration by Wendell Mounce and Associates, with Bond and Steward.
