Description
Three girls sitting on top of a white fence at the end of the block at Perkins Avenue in Los Nietos. This fence is a roadblock to keep drivers from plunging into railroad tracks. On the right is a ditch. Beyond the ditch is the railroad tracks. Oil wells can be seen in distance. Today there is a wall separating residents from the ditch and rail tracks.
