Promotional poster for the 2004 festival, presented by the Mexican Heritage Plaza and held July 14-18, featuring Mariachi de America de don Jesus Rodriguez de Hijar, Yolanda del Rio, Mariachi Reyna de Los Angeles, Melinda, Mariachi San Jose, and Manuel Romero. Artwork by J.
