Description
Washington: President Nixon affixes his signature to signify that he was witness to the certification of ratification of the 26th amendment of the Constitution of the U.S. 7/5 which gives 18-year-olds the right to vote. At left is Robert Kunzig, chief of the General Services Administration, who performed the actual certification. At right is Paul Larimer, 18, of Concord, Calif., who was also an official witness. Larimer is a member of 'Young Americans in Concert' which performed at the ceremony.
