Woodin's gray jumper, with Allen Russel up, tops a three-post barrier in preparation for the opening of the second annual Flintridge Horse Show, which is opening on June 11, 1926, at the Flintridge Country Club. The show is given under the auspices of the Junior League for the benefit of sick and needy children. The show will open with a dinner at the club, which will be followed by a display of thoroughbred horses that evening and all day the next day. Officers of the league are: Mrs. Charles Gardner Bullis, president; Miss Katherine Thomas, vice president; Misses Ella Brooks Barlow, Muriel Flint, Margaret Martin, Mrs. Thomas Weeks-Banks, Mrs. Franklin L. Lane, and Mrs. Albert Hayes Busch, committee chairmen.
