Description: Image of a man dressed in Mexican ethnic costume on horseback with arm outstretched; flowers in the air and underfoot give a festive atmosphere to the scene printed on the cover of a special Los Angeles Times Fiesta Number issue commemorating La Fiesta de Los Angeles, a great Southern California carnival held in the spring of 1897.
