Photograph caption dated March 30, 1957 reads, "Los Angeles's Steve Bilko, who'll be playing for Pacific Coast League All-Stars against Hollywood in Kiwanis Charity baseball game at Gilmore Field, shows Dennis Lewis the home-run hitting bat he'll use in tomorrow's game. Lewis, 4 years old, recently received an eye operation to correct his sight through the Kiwanis group."
