Description
Title supplied by cataloger.
Banker Maurice S. Hellman was son of Samuel and Adelaide Hellman.
View of the large, European-style cottage belonging to Maurice Hellman at 2225 S. Harvard. The charming residence has a sloping roof, a pair of multi-paneled windows under the steep gables, the lower portion of the house is stone-based, and a long balcony above the main entrance/porch. Vines cling to the front of the residence, and a rose bush creeps up along the right of it; a wide driveway divides the Hellman house from the neighbors to the right. This structure built in 1905 is no longer standing.
