A large grassy hill can be seen above downtown at right. Several large roads are visible. Two parallel mountain ranges are visible in the distance, and the sprawl of the city seeps through a gap in the peaks at center. Picture file card lists buildings and dates: T.I. Building - 1928 L.A. City Hall - 1928 California State Building - 1931 Title Guarantee Building - 1931 L.A. Times - 1934 U.S. Court House -1937 Old Court House torn down 1938.
