Description: "The International Institute for Surface Transportation Policy Studies in cooperation with San Jose State University of the California State University System does, on this first day of June 1994, hereby confer the title of Research Associate upon Rod Diridon to advance the international body of knowledge relating to policy studies of all modes of surface tranportation and to assist in fulfilling the responsibilities delegated to the Institute by the United States Congress."
