Photograph was edited for publication purposes The Valley Ice Skating Center, located 18361 Ventura Blvd., was designed by Richard Bradshaw and Carl Maston and built in 1960. It later became the Whole Earth Marketplace, an indoor flea market. The structure has since been demolished.
