Photograph caption dated July 30, 1964 reads "Mike Scarpace, star tackle of Birmingham High School's 1963 city championship football team, will be one of two Valley representatives in tonight's North-South Shrine game at the Coliseum. He and prep teammate Marv Adamo will help anchor the South line." Birmingham High School is in Van Nuys.
