Taiwan Lutheran Church/TLC, 1988. Chiayi Christian Hospital. The American Surgeon, Dr. Ditmansen, started to operate children suffering from Polio (also called Cerebral Paresis). Following operation of the spine the kids were trained to use crutches - and started school education.
