Note: Laut Bleistift-Anmerkung auf dem Karton handelt es sich bei dem Bild um einen Abzug vom Ramseyer-Negativ Nr. 3. (T. Garrard.) - Cf. D-30.05.010. (RI) - Bereits im Oktober 1881 (im HB) publiziertes Bild, das auf Grund der betreffenden Photographie entstanden sein könnte. Ramseyer besass jedoch erst seit 1888 eine Kamera. - Aufnahme publiziert als Nr. 5 im Album 'Achtzig Ansichten von der Goldküste (Westafrika) nach Originalaufnahmen des Missionars Fritz Ramseyer', Neuenburg 1895. - Bildlegende im Album: "Station Abokobi, 4 1/2 Stunde von der Küste entfernt."
