Members of the Delta Lambda women's literary society at Pomona College. This photograph can also be found on page 139 of the 1932 Pomona College yearbook, "Metate" with this information: "Delta Lambda is a literary socieyt for the purpose of furthering an interest in modern authors and literature. This aim is achieved through book reviews and informal discussions at the semi-monthly meetings, when a book review is given by one of the members, followed by refreshments and a social hour".
