B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. K. Hopper saying that his letter of March 10th made him aware of Hopper's process to complete the documents on American and Japanese management while ill. Inoue says he looks forward to receiving Hopper's study that will be published in the fall issue of "Human Resource Management" of the University of Michigan. He goes on to say that a letter with his comment on the Wall Street Journal article was sent to Mr. Nagasaki. A list of Inoue's 17 Kobe Shimbun articles are also attached. The letter contains Inoue's signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "27" on the top, right corner of page 1.
