Description
Interior of Ling Shen Ching Tze Temple, 1035 West 31st Street, Chicago, Illinois, 10 a.m., 28 July 2002. In the foreground, almost center, a young man of Chinese origin stands with hands held together in a praying posture. To his left a young woman of Chinese origin kneels, forehead touching the ground, hands held outstreached, palms facing her head, and to her left is an old woman of Chinese origin kneeling sitting up, with her hands clasped together in prayer. In the background, can be seen the entrance doors to the temple, five people standing, not in prayer, and three people sitting on chairs. There can be seen 5 large tapestries hanging on the walls. Four on the back wall, and one on the right.
