Dowling, president of the Carefree Living Association... Features of Hueneme Bay homes include models with: fireplaces, balconies, front porches and hobby rooms. All houses are built with either boat-and-car garages or regular two-car garages. The units are priced from $14,950 to $20,950, Dowling added." First move-ins expected within 10 days at Hueneme Bay.
