But the little girl who is the center of the paternity suit against him--Carol Ann--is an expert mimic, too. In these two character studies, the baby, now 14 months old, is shown as she posed for news photographers. The youngster's natural ability to mimic may steal many scenes at the trial in which her mother, Joan Barry, charges that Chaplin is the father of the child."
