This 1958 report was created by the Board of Directors of the Fulton - El Camino Recreation and Park District, established in January 1956 by the votes of the district's residents. This document is the Master Recreation and Park Plan that looks into the development of neighborhood recreation parks by the intergration of public schools and park sites. Three park plans are featured in this report: Howe School Community Recreation Park, Wyda Way School Neighborhood Recreation Park, and Santa Anita Neighborhood Recreation Park.
