Exterior view of the Canoga Park Branch (originally named Owensmouth Branch), Los Angeles Public Library, which opened to the public March 3, 1927. Located on Owensmouth Avenue and Wyandotte Street, it was designed by architect Armand Monaco in Mediterranean Revival (Tuscan) style and was built by W. E. Byerts Co. in frame construction, stucco exterior.
