Description
Photograph of Yosemite Creek above the falls, showing holes worn into the granite by stones, ca.1930-1940. The calm, dark water runs over the smooth granite and forming puddles in the holes on either bank. The water is frothy on the left where it meets a groove in the creek's granite bed. The far bank is littered with jagged rocks with what appear to be bushes in the ground behind them. Photoprint reads "Right hole about 4 feet wide".
