Out-of-town business executives who are visiting West Valley industries in increasing number will find a new luxury motel available to them early next year. Marked by appropriate ceremonies, work has begun on the $500,000 motel-restaurant and cocktail lounge, to be erected by the S.J.W. Development Corp. At 7110 De Soto St., Canoga Park, 50-unit project, known as Orion Lodge, will include elaborate banquet facilities, swimming pool, putting-green. The ultra-modern construction and financing are handled by Lytton Savings and Loan Association.
