This photograph is contained in one of two volumes by Dobbin titled "Album of San Francisco."
View of men, women and children on and around a flag-draped podium in front of City Hall. Many are dressed in various uniforms. Mayor Rolph is visible on the podium at far left. Someone in front is holding a sign that reads: "Keep Our Beautiful San Francisco Clean." A girl holds a pennant reading: "K Room." Text written under photo: "Clean Up Week April 7th 1923."
