B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. K. Hopper saying that he has learned that Hopper has read the CCS (Civil Communications Section) manual. He reports that he received a "revision" of Mr. Protzman's work on leadership, teamwork, and communication. Inoue also adds that Mr. Protzman gave a lecture at SEI (Sumitomo Electric Industries) in 1956 according to a diary entry. He says that when Mr. and Mrs. Hopper revisit Japan, Inoue will invite them to stay at the house of Mr. Tanizaki where he wrote "Sasameyuki." He then goes on to discuss the concept of "wa." The letter contains Inoue's original signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "35" on the top, right corner of page 1.
