Description: Spanish letter accompanied with English translation by Dr. Maria Teresa Venegas. Handwritten family correspondence from Miguel in Los Angeles to his sister Rosario in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, commenting on refugees in exile from the reconcentración (reconcentration) in the Los Altos region of Jalisco ordered by the Mexican government.
