Description: Roy Allen, police "spy squad" member, who was convicted of malicious use of explosives in the Harry Raymond bombing case, is shown on June 17, 1938, being comforted by his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Allen. Allen and Capt. Earle Kynette, who also was convicted, planned to fight the case.
