Description
A view of Furnace Creek Camp and Ranch in Death Valley from the veranda of the Furnace Creek Inn. It sits in an oasis of trees surrounded by the desert of Death Valley. Mountains are behind the inn which opened in 1927. The ranch was a working ranch in the late 1800s until it was made a hotel in the 1930s.
