Description
The northwest corner of First and El Dorado (now Post) Streets was home to the San Jose Mercury newspaper in the 1860s. Other tenants in the building included J.H. Heering Photographic Gallery, Justice of the Peace C. G. Thomas, and Krumbs Brewery Saloon and Lager Beer Depot.
