Description
Two female students, one carrying archery equipment, stroll in front of the President's Home on the original Pepperdine College campus in Los Angeles. This eighteen-room mansion predated the campus buildings that rose around it and was used for various purposes, although it was primarily the residence of the college president and his family (Hugh M. Tiner at the time this photo was taken). It had a tennis court, a basement bowling alley, and billiard tables upstairs.
