Photograph caption dated March 22, 1957 reads "Bill Muller, center, is led away by group of policemen and detective Ray Elmer, at right, after they broke into his barricaded home at 7061 1/2 Foothill Blvd. and captured him. Muller told police, 'I'm protecting my property. I've got a right to do that.'" The incident happened in Tujunga.
