Reports increased plans for resettlement and numbers of those leaving the camp. Discusses report of representatives' at Inter-Center conference. Discusses report of incarcerees' opinions of social climate in both California and other regions. Discusses reports of hostile climate in Modesto, Calif. Reports a sentiment of little agricultural business opportunities in Los Angeles. Reports on investigatory trip to Fresno to discuss employment opportunities for 50-100 incarcerees at a vineyard.
