Inauguration of the school buildings of the Société des missions évangéliques de Paris (Paris evangelical missionary society), in Moramanga, Madagascar. The administrator in chief of France's overseas departments and territories is giving a speech for the inauguration.
The SMEP settled a mission station in Moramanga in 1937/38.
