Description
Photograph was edited for publication purposes.
Photograph caption dated April 18, 1948 reads "Although he is reported to be looking for a house in the Valley, this isn't an episode in the house hunting career of Max Baer (left), former heavyweight boxing champion. It's just a case of Max being the official 'opener-upper' of the new body conditioning center of his old friend, Archie Goodman (right), at 6305 Colfax. Yep, Maxie is turning the key in the lock and you can bet he opened up with a wisecrack."
