Title supplied by cataloger.
Photographer's caption reads, "The only vacant lot on the Miracle Mile is at the corner of Wilshire Blvd. and Masselin Ave. for sale since about 1992, and unused, except for the yearly sale of pumpkins and Christmas trees. Next to the vacant lot is the Metro Arts Building, William Pereira, architect of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, had his studio and offices in this building during the construction of LACMA in the early 1960's."
