Photograph caption dated April 19, 1958 reads, "Dodgers second baseman Charlie Neal was about to take off for second base but changed his mind when San Francisco Giant pitcher Al Worthington tried pickoff play at first base in yesterday's National League opener at the Coliseum. Orlando Cepeda is the Giants' first baseman. Neal is sliding head first back to the bag."
